Volunteer Vacancies
What you could get out of being a VOLUNTEER for CANadda.
- You will be getting work experience or learning new skills, which could lead to a paid job.
- You will be gaining an insight into how a voluntary group is run.
- You will be given a reference by the Chairperson.
- You will get the opportunity to meet new people and make new friends.
Support Offered when becoming a VOLUNTEER for CANadda.
Full support and training will be given by the Chairperson as and when required. The Secretary or Vice Chairperson will email on a regular basis to check everything is well.
An introduction pack will be given after your three month trial. An annual checkup by the Chairperson will be given around August / September.
We have insurance cover under the Washingborough Methodist Church whilst on the premises, this is for public liability only.
Expenses will be paid if stationery, postage etc is required for conferences etc. for CANadda.
What to do if you're interested.
If you are interested in getting involved and would like to help and you have the ability to work alone and as part of a team. If you have willingness to learn and to take on new responsibilities, have good people skills, then please get in touch.
